| 1. Purpose: |
| The concentrator can be applied for the condensing of liquid such as traditional Chinese medicine, west medicine, dextrose, amylum, monosodium glutamate, milk foodstuff, chemical industry and so on, especially for the low-temperature vacuum condensing of thermal sensitivity materials. |
| 2. Features: |
| (1) The concentrator takes the styles of external heating natural circulation and negative evaporation, with the characteristics of fast evaporation, high specific weight of condense, which can reach as much as 1.3 (usually for traditional Chinese medicine extract). The materials shall not escape in the state of non-bubble in seal to protect from pollution and keep convenient clean. (2) The concentrator adopts 2-function to evaporate at the same time, of which the indirect steam is taken into use for the purpose of saving investment of boiler and energy consumption, the quantity of which decreases as much as 50 percent that of other concentrators. (3) The sites contacting with materials in the concentrator shall be manufactured by SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel to meet the need of sanitary requirements for food and pharmacy with the final aim of GMP standard obtained |
